30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. When the problem is our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help us verify the issue.

Returns for Change of Mind

If you decide that you no longer want the product, you may return it within the 30-day return period provided it remains in its original condition and packaging.

For returns that are not the result of an error or defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We process and ship orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed. Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
